YOU⇄THEMThe contract exchanges both assets in one transaction. If either transfer fails, the exchange reverts. Unfilled escrow remains recoverable.
Oh Tea Sea does not route the exchange through an AMM. This model illustrates the difference between a fixed OTC agreement and a constant-product pool.

No. The link keeps offer terms out of a public order book, but deposits, wallets and settlement are visible on-chain. A private link is a bearer secret; anyone you forward it to may decrypt it. Restrict the buyer wallet for stronger access control.
The contract has no administrator withdrawal, upgrade or arbitrary rescue function. A valid fill exchanges both sides atomically; cancellation or expiry recovery returns escrow to the maker.
Filling becomes impossible. The maker may cancel, or anyone may call expiry recovery. Recovery sends funds only to the original maker and requires a transaction. It is not an automatic refund.
